Step by step guide to apply for tax refund
Prepare a list of the taxes paid during 1st July, 2024 to 30th June, 2025
Get Tax Certificates of all the taxes paid i.e. Mobile Prepaid, PTCL, Electricity, Vehicle Registration, Bank Accounts, Capital Gain Tax etc.

Follow the steps below to get your tax certificates from Cellular operators / Electricity / PTCL / Banks / Vehicles etc
Send a Whatsapp message to 03003008000, you will receive a Menu Message. Reply with 8 and you'll get your Jazz Tax Certificate in few seconds.
Open My Telenor app. Click on Menu and then Click Tax Certificate. Now Type your Mobile Number, CNIC No. Select fiscal year of Certificate and Email address and click Proceed
You can get your Ufone and Zong Tax Certificates by following the steps mentioned above.
You can get your Electricity Tax Certificate by going to the following link and selecting your city https://bill.pitc.com.pk/
You can get your PTCL Tax Certificate by going to the following link
You can easily get tax certificates from respective apps / web
Download the IT-3 Form from the link below and fill it like this:
Note: Fill this form and write application as per the requirement of your departments.
Download Application from the link below and edit it as per your departments requirement. Attach all Tax Certificates and IT-3 Form with this Application and submit it to the Accounts Section of your department. The tax paid in excess will be adjusted in your Salary for the month of June, 2025.
